Founded in July 1988 Flagstaff Services is a long established independent recruitment agency. In May 2004 Flagstaff Services became a limited company registered in England – company number 5060068.
Flagstaff Services successfully provide recruitment solutions to companies and organisations throughout the North East of England. The team at Flagstaff Services work in close partnership with their clients and provide a confidential and comprehensive recruitment service.
Flagstaff has grown year after year and is now a major employer within the North East area, employing hundreds of personnel every week.
The ethos of Flagstaff is to give our clients the best possible service whilst at the same time respecting our temporary employees and paying them a fair rate for the job. Every person who works for Flagstaff is an ambassador of the company and is carefully selected with this in mind.

The consultants at Flagstaff Services supply their clients with experienced, carefully selected and screened permanent, temporary and casual contract personnel. We specialise in commercial, industrial and technical recruitment and also have an expanding catering division. We service both public and private sector contracts.
The team at Flagstaff Services have an ongoing objective to provide a complete quality service which not only meets but exceeds the expectations and requirements of all our clients. We operate constant in-house monitoring of quality to continually improve our service and comply with the standards of ISO 9001:2008.
Flagstaff Services is an approved corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC – membership number 00056543). The REC is our Trade Association and legal body. Our allegiance to the REC demonstrates to both our clients and candidates that we adhere to positive ethical standards. Our consultants are encouraged to offer the highest standards of recruitment following the REC Code of Practice whilst also following the guidelines and legislation set out by the DTI and the Employment Agencies Act 1973.
We have policies and systems in place approved by DTI to meet the requirements of the Employment Agencies Act 1973.
