Childcare Facilitator

Job Summary:

Our client are looking for a Childcare Facilitator to conduct general Child supervision duties and participate in the development of OFSTED registration. The right candidate will be capable of providing evidence of working in a similar environment alongside having a current, up-to-date (within 12 months) Enhanced Disclosure from the CRB. This position will involve regular contact with Children and the ability to supervise and assist in setting up, running and monitoring childcare supervision. It is a strong advantage to hold a Level 3 qualification in early years, allowing an academic background to work within in a local Children's Centre.


Job Purpose:

The postholder will be a member of the local Children's Centre, providing Crèche and Playgroup services that operate to support the activities of our Client.

The postholder will work at all times within a framework that promotes and helps to develop a way of working based upon the values of our Client.

The postholder will be responsible to the Children’s Centre Manager. Their Line Manager will be the Senior Childcare Facilitator.
