Finance Officer

The purpose of this post is to ensure the provision of effective financial management in all matters and to provide an efficient, effective, value for money service.  Principal responsibilities include assisting in the development of a resource allocation system, to meet specified financial requirements and to provide financial support to all senior management and stakeholders.  Main duties include the provision of professional advice to supporting officers and to lead on continuous development and to ensure a cost effective, well co-ordinated service.  Various other duties/responsibilities are involved, include assisting in the monitoring of financial resources.  A current enhanced CRB disclosure is also preferred.
