Temp – Perm: £12,000 - £15,000 + Commission + Benefits

 

The Company:

Our Client are a growing printing company looking for a Sales Operator to expand business rapidly through focused database development and quality servicing. Currently there is a high demand to find an internal sales person to promote our Clients large format printing service.

This is a company focused in the supply of outdoor banners, posters, and roller banners etc manufactured in Tyneside. Alongside this our Client broker printing of leaflets, postcards, letterheads, business cards etc developing strong diversity and adaptability lending any employee an opportunity to develop a career, not just a job.

 

The Job:

Suitable Sales Operators will be expected to gain business through generation of email marketing, directing customers to our website. Our Clients business is a diverse one, not developed from one particular sector therefore Sales Operators are reasonably free to develop their own pool of business, justified through KPI’s and some sort of measurable targets.

Candidates must realise that this is a call centre work environment which may develop in to a post of more responsibility should targets be achieved, therefore enabling successful candidates to develop skills in face-to-face sales and generate a clear understanding of where market success may occur.

Firstly candidates will work internally to create a database of potential users for our products, record buyer details, send out brochures, follow up, arrange quotes and push to close the sale.

Initially this post will relate to a large amount of activity and a large number of prospective clients added to the database. However, fundamentally our are looking for increase in sales.

 

The Person:

This post is for a candidate with an already proven Sales background, for example from a call centre environment or a proven background of working to targets.

Suitable candidates must project a ‘listening’ attitude, while also being capable of closing a deal and tying up business queries, alongside an ability and drive to produce activity firstly, followed by inevitable results.

It is essential for suitable candidates to be self motivated, energetic and willing to push hard to win buyers and develop with our Client.

 

This is a Temporary position initially, although a suitable candidate would fulfill this post as Permanent, should a proven activity record be achieved.
