Telecan Manager

Telecan Manager;
£18,000 - £20,000 p/annum, Pension Scheme, Uncapped Commission System.

Our client are currently looking for an already proven Leader and Manager within a similar Customer Canvassing/Sales environment in order to step straight in to this post with independence, the ability of running teams and confidently providing a reliable service to clients.

This is a company who provide NHS staff with excellent discounts across the UK, they are growing and provide excellent career progression for any candidate from a Sales or Canvass background – for example kitchen and bathroom sales or double glazing. This local vacancy offers a strong growth potential and a security for the future within a sales environment.

This is a post which would require a background of making appointments with business owners and clients in order to meet on a face-to-face basis and maintain a solid client base. Alongside this, a candidate will be expected to use a Sales approach to develop a business pool and follow this business development up with strong servicing and communication in order to branch a solid rapport with a range of clientele.

Such a post would require an already proven Telecan Manager to reflect a background in canvassing or sales driven Customer Service environments. This is not a Call Centre environment as such and would require suitable candidates to motivate and lead teams of between 7-9 telesales staff, set their targets and ensure KPI’s are met on a regular basis. This post will allow the right individual to work independently and use their professional experience to manage team efficiently.

Ideally candidates will be able to start immediately, and represent a similar working background, with an ability to motivate a telesales team driven by targets in an environment where small teams may work together to achieve a range of goals or objectives.
